Tumble camp is for athletes that love to flip. Athletes will improve technique on their existing skills and train on new skills. They will also have time to do crafts, play games and have fun gym time. Snacks and koolaid will be provided. Athletes are welcome to pack a lunch. This camp is more of a working and training camp for athletes serious about improving their stunting abilities. Flyers will work on body control, flexibility and transitions in stunts. Bases will work on strength, technique and learning new skills. They will also do crafts and games. Snacks and Koolaid provided.
